Name, phone, email, address, booking details and payment records. For pros, we also process NIN, BVN, selfie and bank details for verification and payouts.
2. How we use it
To run bookings, verify pros, process payments, prevent fraud, provide support and improve the service.
3. Sharing
We share only what is needed: a pro sees your name, address and job details after booking. We use trusted providers for payments, identity checks and messaging. We never sell your data.
4. Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to staff who need it. We keep data only as long as needed or required by law.
5. Your rights
